These kids meet up at the Children's Therapy Center to talk about their disorder and their problems, and the discussion is lead by Mr. Donaldson and such members include Thomas, both of whom express Tourette's by swearing uncontrollably. Other members have different tics - one girl bends her neck and snaps her fingers, while another boy can't keep himself from going into "brrrr"'s after every sentence, and another one says the word "Boop!" Kyle Broflovski was brought before the Tourette's Kids when he accused Eric Cartman of lying, in hopes he would gain more sensitive to the disorder, with Mr. Donaldson in particular accusing Kyle of being intolerant.
