A longtime performer in Yo Gabba Gabba!, Ike Broflovski quickly expressed a sexual interest in her upon hitting early puberty. However, during a live performance in front of hundreds of children, Ike promises to 'tame Foofa's strange' for his cool cool trick and proceeds to sexually assault her. The trauma of the assault caused Foofa to act out and try to appeal to older audiences by emphasizing sexuality and risque elements on stage, on recommendation of her agent, Ike. Despite a moving speech by Kyle Broflovski, she continued her career.
